In the News

There is some discussion about the future plans for one of Toronto's largest undeveloped tracts of land.  The 50-acre tract of land was once home to the Kodak plant in the Mount Dennis neighourhood.

Dozens line up overnight in Etobicoke by the lakeshore to purchase a condo at a new development by Empire Communities called Beyond the Sea.

A giant new retail mall, right next to the neighbourhood of Milliken in Scarborough/Markham has started construction.

Underlying differences between Canadian and U.S. economies at present, namely differing practices in the lending industry and hot commodity prices, continue to fuel divergent housing stats.
